Debbie Dawes joined First Carolina Management, Inc. in May 1985. She has 25 years of experience with the Payroll process and Human Resources relating to the hotel industry. Debbie attended Nash Community College and studied Accounting, Business Management and Human Resource Management.

Debbie is the Plan Administrator for the Group Health & Welfare Plan and the First Carolina Management, Inc. 401K Plan. She is instrumental in the development of our employee benefit programs and oversees the projects from the beginning stages through implementation in the hotels. Debbie is also responsible for the entire payroll process for the 11 hotels within First Carolina Management.

Debbie and her husband, Gene, have one daughter, Meghan, and make their home in Rocky Mount, NC.
