Our service strategy enables us to provide for our ultimate goals of optimum Cash Available for Debt Service for owners and profitable growth for First Carolina Management, Inc. We will seek long-term relationships with true investors in the hospitality industry who want to enhance the value of the hotel/motel through optimization of near-term profits and long-term residual value. First Carolina Management, Inc.'s secondary focus is on operating turn-around and owner-in-foreclosure properties.
