Tom Keagy is the Accounting and Information Technology Manager for First Carolina Management. He also serves as Secretary and Treasurer. He has 18 years of accounting experience and 16 years of hotel and restaurant management experience, including 13 years with Pearsall Operating Company and First Carolina Management from 1980 to 1993. Tom gained his varied accounting experience working for a shoe manufacturing company, a personnel staffing firm and a Hospice organization prior to rejoining First Carolina Management, Inc. in 2007.

Tom's responsibilities include overseeing the company-wide accounting services First Carolina Management provides to its limited-service and full-service hotels. He supervises all Accounting Department operations for the Company. Tom is responsible for the Company's cash flow management. He prepares the Company financial management reports including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, trend reports and several other management reports. He also oversees the Information Technology operations of the Company. He works closely with the Operations Department, including assisting with financial management of the hotels, corporate risk management programs and employee benefits.

Tom, wife Natallia, and son Jim make their home in Raleigh, North Carolina.
